Rosé Beaujolais Village is obtained by directly pressing black Gamay with white juice. This explains its colour, whose range changes into all shades of pink, depending on the year.
Light, supple, delicate and refreshing, rosé Beaujolais Village is a wine of pleasure.
It may be served as an aperitif but is also ideal with mixed salads and grilled meats in summer.
