Grape varieties
We work with two grape varieties, “Chardonnay” for whites and “Gamay” for reds.
The originality of each wine is mainly conditioned by the expression of the terroirs and the processing of the grapes.
Terroirs
The Burgundy and Beaujolais regions offer exceptional diversity, ranging from the limestone hills of Roche de Solutré for Pouilly-Fuissé to the sandy plains of Moulin-à-Vent and to the clay-limestone soil of the Château des Broyers area.
Wine growing
Vins des Broyers are grown following the principles of “eco-supervised agriculture”.
Vines are grown with a constant concern to limit the use of chemical products. The balance of the soil is thereby maintained while respecting the environment.
You can follow the work in the vineyards throughout the year in the news section on our website.
